Refund policy

We don't offer any returns, refunds or replacement on our products. Incase of damage due to logistics or any other queries, please get in touch with us at info.gellocstore@gmail.com.
 
If in case transit damage we will replace the product, please reach us within 24 hours after receiving product, if the item is damaged or receive the wrong item, mail us with an attachment of the product picture & unboxing video of product you have received.

Products can be returned on the condition that the product(s) received are damaged due to freight or have a manufacturing defect. Products eligible for return/replacement. Please ensure that the product is unused and in original condition. Include everything from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories. The product replacement will be initiated as soon as the product is received by Gelloc Store. 

Returns will not be possible if :

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • Anything is missing from the package received, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
  • Product is damaged due to misuse.
  • Any item that has been opened and used, unless it arrived damaged.
  • Item that was sold as a set may not be claimed for return/refund of individual elements. (Please return the entire set for an eligible refund).
  • Items with which free gift was shipped may not be claimed for return/refund without the free items.
  • Items sold as part of a promotional package may not be returned/ refunded separately.

You can return part of the order, in case multiple items have been ordered.
